Dawn came to Columbia 911 in 2001, hired to the position of 911 Emergency Dispatcher.  Prior to joining the Columbia 911 team, Dawn was employed as a Paramedic at Greenport Rescue Squad, and a dispatcher at the Hudson Police Department.  In 2018, she was promoted to the position of "911 Emergency Dispatcher I", responsible for supervisory duties and helping to train new hires.

Dawn is a 1992 graduate of Taconic Hills School, and holds a Bachelors degree from Russell Sage College in Albany, NY.
