Frank came to Columbia 911 in 2006, hired to the position of 911 Emergency Dispatcher. Prior to joining the Columbia 911 team, Frank was employed by the State of New York - Office of Children and Family Services. In 2018, he was promoted to the position of "911 Emergency Dispatcher I", responsible for supervisory duties and helping to train new hires.
Early on in his public safety career, Frank worked as a police officer in western New York. He is a volunteer firefighter and long-time member of the Stottville Fire Company.
